SOLID BRASS - A Tribute to Horn Bands
SOLID BRASS plays Classic Rock and R & B songs from the 60's through the 80's made famous by horn bands including Chicago, Blood Sweat & Tears, Joe Cocker, the Doobie Brothers, and Stevie Wonder among others.
Our motto is "Live Solid, Play Solid." That means that SOLID BRASS will only play songs that have been perfectly rehearsed prior to playing them for you. They will be spot on each and every time! This isn't open mic or amateur night. You will hear only professional renditions of your favorite songs, or they will not be performed.
Every place SOLID BRASS plays, people say, "Wow! Nobody plays these songs anymore," which is why time and time again people open up their calendars and ask us to come back to entertain them. Not only do we play your favorites, but we have a passion for the music, a respect for the artists of the Classic Rock era, and, most importantly, we love what we do. That passion translates to an energy and vibe you won't find with many other bands. The bottom line is we enjoy playing for you, and you'll love getting down to our sounds.
Solid Brass performs at a wide range of venues such as the Wellington Amphitheater, ArtsPark Live!, the Marriott Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale, Evening on the Avenue in Lake Worth, Abacoa, Harbourside Place, The Butterfly Festival, The Brazilian Court Hotel, Old School Square, RPB Concert in the Park, the Coconut Creek Casino, CityPlace, Boca Center, the Hollywood Beach Theater, The Old Key Lime House, Johnnie Brown's, Boston's on the Beach, OceanFest, Mardi Gras Casino, City of Greenacres, Delray Marketplace, Jazziz Nightlife, Woodfield Country Club, The Sailfish Club, Downtown at the Gardens, City of Coconut Creek, The Seabreeze Amphitheater and The Taste of Coral Springs.
